Counselling & Coaching

Why Counselling?

Life challenges and especially crisis can be painful or confusing. It is good to know when to look to support and not go it alone and also when to seek professional support. While life situations can feel painful, disappointing and come with set-backs, they can also be opportunities to grow, heal, and find new ground within ourselves and life.

Counselling provides professional support through these times. Spiritual guidance helps cultivate presence, insight, greater self-awareness and a significant way to transform suffering into realisation and ultimately dissolve identification with patterns of suffering.

Whether you are facing personal or professional challenges, crisis and other growth opportunities, or you are wanting to explore new depths in your relationship to yourself, others and life – taking the step to get some counselling, coaching or guidance can be a game changer to ensure clarity, authentic application and accountability. It can also be a step in nuturing self-care to gift this kind of support to yourself and your life.

It is facilitated by your own intention and inner guidance, which can be supported by evidence-based approaches and life experience to support you in achieving what you need at this present time in your life.

  • Spiritual Counselling

The actual mix and application provided is individualised to you, your unique situation and issues.

Relationship or personal issues or conflict (personal and business); stress and anxiety management; life-change/transitions; decision-making, communication issues and skills; spiritual counselling (non-denominational) for personal insight, personal development and self-realization.

The counselling and therapeutic relationship between counsellor and client is vital to the counselling process. All sessions are conducted professionally, privately and are strictly confidential. You will be briefed at the beginning through an informed consent and confidentiality agreement, providing information and answering any questions in regard to the counselling process and confidentiality. This will include your part in ensuring your device in the online session is secure and that you also conduct it in a private space.
