You can request an introductory Discovery Call or book a first session through the enquiry form below. A Discovery Call is a no-obligation fifteen minute call where we can briefly connect and discuss what support you need, or just request a session.

Ongoing sessions and scheduling are private and confidential, online or in person, providing convenience and flexibility for you and your needs. You will receive a confirmation and link for your booking by email or text.  Please leave your details below.  Let me know in the comments/notes if you want an initial call or a first session time with any best times for you and a few quick points on the reasons for your enquiry.
